George and Toula Darsinos, along with daughters Kathy and Yianna, arrived in Murfreesboro in 1995 to take over the Parthenon and brought with them their own blend of experience and knwoledge and a history of three generations of restauranteurs. George Darsinos a vintner from Nemea, Greece (one of the best known vineyards in Europe) and his wife Toula with her ample knowledge of multi- generational recipes, have been in the restaurant business since 1973.
Into the Parthenon family recipe the Darsinos have added another key ingredient-Executive Chef Angleo Laris. Chef Angelo brings the Parthenon a delightful mix of Greek, Spanish, and Italian dishes to please the most epicurean palate.
