The NoNo Kitchen's chef, Greg Tatis, while working with famed Louisiana Chef Paul Prudhomme, learned a lot of culinary tricks from the master, but has included many of his own interpretations of New Orleans cuisine.
There are classics such as gumbo, po-boys, jambalaya and crawfish. Southern comfort food such as southern fried chicken, barbecue ribs, chicken fried steak and meatloaf are also featured. Beer and wine area also available.

1 2008-07-25 13:19:44 Crawfish etouffee has been my favorite food since I first was in New Orleans in 2002. Living in NJ, I miss Cajun cooking, and I'm not in New Orleans nearly enough.
